Advanced Email Features

Power user features for email management in FanDesk.

Scheduled Emails

Send emails at a future time:

  1. Compose your email
  2. Click the arrow next to Send
  3. Select Schedule Send
  4. Pick date and time
  5. Click Schedule

Managing Scheduled Emails

  • View scheduled emails in Sent > Scheduled
  • Edit or cancel before send time
  • Reschedule if needed

Undo Send

Made a mistake? Undo within 10 seconds:

  1. After clicking Send, you'll see an undo bar
  2. Click Undo to cancel
  3. Email returns to compose

Configure undo time in Settings (5, 10, or 30 seconds).

Read Receipts

Track when recipients open your emails:

Enabling

  1. Compose an email
  2. Click Options (gear icon)
  3. Enable Track Opens

Viewing

  • See open status in Sent folder
  • Shows: opened/not opened, when, how many times

Note: Read receipts depend on recipients loading images.

Create rules to automatically process emails:

Bulk Operations

Select multiple emails for batch actions:

  1. Check boxes next to emails
  2. Use toolbar:
    • Archive all
    • Delete all
    • Mark all read
    • Apply label to all
    • Change category for all

Email Templates

Save frequently used responses:

Creating Templates

  1. Compose an email
  2. Click Save as Template
  3. Name your template

Using Templates

  1. Click Compose
  2. Click Templates
  3. Select a template
  4. Customize and send

Integration Features

Create Task from Email

  1. Open an email
  2. Click More > Create Task
  3. Email content becomes task description
  4. Link maintained

Create Event from Email

  1. Open an email with meeting info
  2. Click More > Create Event
  3. Date/time extracted automatically
