Profile Settings
Customize your FanDesk profile and personal information.
Accessing Settings
- Click your avatar in the sidebar
- Select Settings
- Or go to Settings page directly
Profile Information
Basic Info
- Name — Your display name
- Email — Your login email (may not be editable)
- Title — Your job title
- Department — Your team/department
Contact Info
- Phone — Work phone number
- WhatsApp — For WhatsApp integration
Profile Picture
Upload a profile picture:
- Click your avatar in settings
- Upload an image
- Crop if needed
- Save
Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF
Status
Setting Status
- Click status dropdown
- Choose:
- Online — Active and available
- Away — Stepped away
- Do Not Disturb — Minimize interruptions
- Offline — Appear offline
Status Message
Add context to your status:
- Click Set status message
- Type message (e.g., "In meetings until 3pm")
- Add emoji (optional)
- Set expiry (optional)
Timezone
Set your timezone for:
- Calendar events
- Daily digest timing
- Message timestamps
- Find Timezone setting
- Select from dropdown
- 80+ timezones available
Active Hours
Define your working hours:
- Affects daily digest timing
- Quiet hours for notifications
- Default: 9 AM - 6 PM
