Profile Settings

Customize your FanDesk profile and personal information.

Accessing Settings

  1. Click your avatar in the sidebar
  2. Select Settings
  3. Or go to Settings page directly

Profile Information

Basic Info

  • Name — Your display name
  • Email — Your login email (may not be editable)
  • Title — Your job title
  • Department — Your team/department

Contact Info

  • Phone — Work phone number
  • WhatsApp — For WhatsApp integration

Profile Picture

Upload a profile picture:

  1. Click your avatar in settings
  2. Upload an image
  3. Crop if needed
  4. Save

Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF

Status

Setting Status

  1. Click status dropdown
  2. Choose:
    • Online — Active and available
    • Away — Stepped away
    • Do Not Disturb — Minimize interruptions
    • Offline — Appear offline

Status Message

Add context to your status:

  1. Click Set status message
  2. Type message (e.g., "In meetings until 3pm")
  3. Add emoji (optional)
  4. Set expiry (optional)

Timezone

Set your timezone for:

  • Calendar events
  • Daily digest timing
  • Message timestamps
  1. Find Timezone setting
  2. Select from dropdown
  3. 80+ timezones available

Active Hours

Define your working hours:

  • Affects daily digest timing
  • Quiet hours for notifications
  • Default: 9 AM - 6 PM
