Calendar Views

Month View

Traditional calendar grid:

• See the whole month at once
• Events shown as colored blocks
• Click a day to see details

Week View

7-day view with time slots:

• Hours shown vertically
• Events at their scheduled time
• See free/busy at a glance

Day View

Single day with hourly breakdown:

• Full detail for busy days
• Easy to spot conflicts

Agenda View

List of upcoming events:

• Chronological order
• Quick overview of what's next

Event Sources

FanDesk shows events from:

Syncing with Google

If you've connected Google:

• Events sync every 5 minutes
• Changes in FanDesk sync back to Google
• Multiple calendars supported

Calendar Selection

Choose which calendars to show:

1. Click Calendars in sidebar
2. Toggle calendars on/off
3. Each shows with its own color

Creating Events

Quick Create

1. Click on a date/time in the calendar
2. Enter event title
3. Click Create

Full Event Form

1. Click + New Event
2. Fill in details:
   • Title
   • Date and time
   • Duration
   • Location
   • Description
   • Attendees
   • Video meeting option

Today Indicator

• Today is highlighted in all views
• Red line shows current time in day/week view
• Easy to see what's now vs. later
