  • Customizable topics and sources

Tasks Due Today

Your upcoming work:

  • Tasks due today
  • Overdue tasks (highlighted)
  • Priority indicators

Today's Calendar

Your schedule at a glance:

  • All events for today
  • Google Meet links included
  • Start times in your timezone

Summary Stats

Quick counts:

  • Open incidents
  • Tasks due
  • Events scheduled

When It's Sent

The digest sends at the start of your active hours:

  • Default: 9:00 AM in your timezone
  • Customize in Settings

Timezone Awareness

FanDesk respects your timezone:

  • Set in Settings > Profile
  • Digest sent at your local time
  • Event times shown in your timezone

Customizing the Digest

Enable/Disable

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications
  2. Toggle Daily Digest Email

Reading List Preferences

  1. Go to Settings > Digest
  2. Set Topics (up to 10)
  3. Add Preferred Sources
  4. Include paywall subscriptions if you have them

Opt-Out

If digests aren't for you:

  1. Settings > Notifications
  2. Disable Daily Digest Email
  3. No more digest emails
