Drive

Access and manage your Google Drive files within FanDesk.

Connecting Drive

If you've connected your Google account, Drive is automatically available.

Views

Grid View

Files shown as tiles with:

• Thumbnail preview
• File name
• Modified date

List View

Files in a table with:

• Name
• Type
• Size
• Modified
• Owner

Toggle between views with the view switcher.

Navigation

Folders

• Click folders to navigate into them
• Breadcrumbs show current path
• Click breadcrumb to go back

Sections

• My Drive — Your personal files
• Shared with Me — Files others shared
• Recent — Recently accessed
• Starred — Your favorites

File Operations

Upload

1. Click Upload or drag files
2. Files upload directly to Google Drive
3. Progress shown

Create Folder

1. Click New Folder
2. Enter name
3. Folder created in current location

Rename

1. Right-click file
2. Select Rename
3. Enter new name

Move

1. Right-click file
2. Select Move
3. Choose destination folder

Delete

1. Right-click file
2. Select Delete
3. File moves to trash

Star

1. Right-click file
2. Select Star
3. File appears in Starred section

Multi-Account Support

If you have multiple Google accounts:

• Switch between accounts with dropdown
• See which account owns each file
• Upload to specific account

Search

Find files quickly:

1. Use the search box
2. Type file name
3. Results filter in real-time
