Letter from the Founder

I've spent years working in, building and running teams. And for every team I've led, the story has been the same: one tool for chat. Another for tasks. Another for docs. Yet another for email. A calendar app. A file storage service. Maybe a CRM on top. And an incident tool somewhere.

Eight tools. Eight logins. Eight bills. And still, nobody could tell you the full story of any project without opening four tabs and piecing together a puzzle.

The “integrations” were supposed to fix this. Automation workflows, chat bots, webhook chains — each one an add-on with its own cost, its own failure modes, its own maintenance burden. At some point, we were spending more time maintaining the glue between our tools than actually doing the work.

And then came AI. Every tool added a chatbot. But these AI assistants were blind — they could only see what was inside their own tool. Your chat AI didn't know about your tasks. Your docs AI couldn't check your calendar. The promise of an AI employee was hollow because no AI had the full picture.

It had to be reimagined from the ground up.
