Desk Mate isn't a generic chatbot. It has context across your projects, tasks, emails, and calendar. Ask it to create tasks, send emails, generate status reports, or schedule meetings — all in natural language.

FanDesk brings intelligence to your Gmail. An AI classifier automatically categorizes every incoming email, action tags surface what needs your attention, and Desk Mate can draft replies or auto-respond on your behalf.
FanDesk supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), meaning you can connect it to Claude, ChatGPT, and any AI agent. Manage projects in FanDesk — and let your AI do the heavy lifting.
Connect FanDesk as an MCP server to Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, or any compatible AI. Your AI can read tasks, create pages, send messages, and manage your calendar.
Your Claude Code or AI coding agent can create tasks, update project status, and file incidents — all without you leaving your IDE. Work stays in FanDesk, execution happens anywhere.
Tasks, projects, pages, email, calendar, chat, contacts, incidents, and drive — all exposed as MCP tools. Full CRUD operations your AI can call.
Every organization on FanDesk gets its own isolated deployment.
Your data never mixes with anyone else's.
Every organization runs on its own dedicated database. No shared tables, no multi-tenant risks.
Frontend, backend, database — everything deployed separately per organization. Complete infrastructure isolation.
Data encrypted at rest and in transit. OAuth tokens encrypted before storage. Industry-standard security practices.
There is zero data leakage between organizations. Your workspace is yours alone — architecturally guaranteed.

Organization-wide analytics give you a clear picture of project health, team performance, completion rates, and cycle times — all in one dashboard.
I've spent years working in, building and running teams. And for every team I've led, the story has been the same: one tool for chat. Another for tasks. Another for docs. Yet another for email. A calendar app. A file storage service. Maybe a CRM on top. And an incident tool somewhere.
Eight tools. Eight logins. Eight bills. And still, nobody could tell you the full story of any project without opening four tabs and piecing together a puzzle.
The “integrations” were supposed to fix this. Automation workflows, chat bots, webhook chains — each one an add-on with its own cost, its own failure modes, its own maintenance burden. At some point, we were spending more time maintaining the glue between our tools than actually doing the work.
And then came AI. Every tool added a chatbot. But these AI assistants were blind — they could only see what was inside their own tool. Your chat AI didn't know about your tasks. Your docs AI couldn't check your calendar. The promise of an AI employee was hollow because no AI had the full picture.
It had to be reimagined from the ground up.
That's what FanDesk is. Not a wrapper. Not an aggregator. Not another integration layer. A single, unified platform where chat, tasks, docs, email, calendar, drive, contacts, and incidents are all native — all sharing the same database, the same search, the same AI.
When Desk Mate (our AI) generates a status report, it's looking at real tasks, real emails, real calendar events. When you ask it to reschedule a meeting, it checks everyone's actual availability. Because it lives where the work lives.
Built by a founder, for founders and teams across the world. Because work should be something you love doing — not something you endure between tab switches.
Fall in love with work, again.
