View overall project health at a glance:

Team Performance

Cycle time = days from task creation to completion
Understanding cycle time helps:
- Set realistic deadlines
- Identify slow stages
- Improve process efficiency
Average cycle times by status:
- To Do → In Progress: 2 days
- In Progress → In Review: 3 days
- In Review → Done: 1 day
- Total: 6 days average
Personal Analytics
In My Tasks, see your personal stats:
- Tasks completed (7 days)
- Tasks completed (30 days)
- Currently assigned
- Average completion time
- Trend (improving/declining)
Exporting Data
Export project data for external analysis:
- Go to project settings
- Click Export
- Choose format (CSV or JSON)
- Select date range
