Page Templates & Sharing
Make your pages accessible to teammates, external collaborators, or even the public.
Access Levels
Pages can have three access levels:
| Level | Icon | Who Can See |
|---|---|---|
| Private | Lock | Only you |
| Team | Building | Organization members |
| Public | Globe | Anyone with the link |
Sharing with Team
- Open a page
- Click Share in the top right
- Toggle Share with team
- Team members can now find and view the page
Permission Levels
- View — Can read the page
- Edit — Can modify content
- Admin — Can change sharing settings
Public Sharing
Share pages externally without requiring login:
- Click Share
- Toggle Public link
- Copy the generated URL
Public Share Options
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Password | Require a password to view |
| Expiry | Link expires after a date |
| View Limit | Maximum number of views |
| Allow Comments | Let viewers leave comments |
| Allow Download | Let viewers download as PDF |
External Share Links
Public shares generate URLs like:
https://fandesk.fanpit.app/share/abc123xyz
Recipients don't need a FanDesk account to view.
