2.2 Google Workspace Data

When you connect your Google account, we access data from Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Google Contacts solely to provide the Service's features. This data is processed in accordance with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2.3 Content You Create

We store messages, tasks, documents, and other content you create within the Service to provide and improve our platform.

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain technical information including IP addresses, browser type, device information, and pages visited to improve Service performance and security.

• To sync your Google Workspace data and display it within FanDesk
• To power the Desk Mate AI assistant with context about your work
• To send daily digests, notifications, and important service updates
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. OAuth tokens for Google integrations are encrypted before storage. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Cloud hosting, email delivery, and AI processing partners who assist in operating our Service
• Your organization: Administrators within your organization may access organizational data

6. Third-Party Services

FanDesk integrates with Google Workspace services. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We also use Anthropic's AI for the Desk Mate assistant feature.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it.
